Friends of Midcoast Maine 2007 Accomplishments

Your photos needed!
Friends of Midcoast Maine is developing a "Photographic History of Growth and Change" for Midcoast Maine. We need your help.  We are looking for photos from the 1960's and 1970's of landscapes, downtowns, villages and crossroads, from anywhere in Midcoast Maine from Brunswick to Bucksport. With grant money and donations we have received, we will take photos in the same locations today and develop a travelling display for our towns to host as well as an internet slide show.  Our goal is to show how our communities have changed over time, and celebrate the beauty and character we have preserved, and to learn from our history.

Send your photos to Friends of Midcoast Maine, 88 Elm Street, Camden, Maine 04843.  We will copy them and return them to you immediately. You may also email them to info@friendsmidcoast.org . Thank you for your help.
